As most residents know by now, our community experienced a fire at Building 45 (917 to 928) Juniper Way on Tuesday, February 2, 2016. We are relieved that no one was hurt in this fire.
On Wednesday, there was a meeting with all the residents from this building with the Mahwah Building Dept. representatives, Conserv Construction, Board members, and Management to discuss how we move forward. All the residents in this building, which is 24 units, will be displaced. Some will be displaced for approximately one to three months and others for at least one year.
It has been amazing how many people have come forward asking how they can assist, even a woman from the state of Arizona.
At this time Management, along with Dorothy from Township of Mahwah Human Services and Diane from Ramapo Reformed Church are working together to gather gift card donations.
